Topaz, when 8 months old, was 'premier choix' at the BCGB Test d'Aptitude Naturel at Catthorpe Manor in October 2005. Beating a three year old German bitch who had done her TAN in France and Germany as well as entering field trials.
Progress is not now as fast - at the GWP working test - failed on all the retrieves; The Spinone Club Working test saw us come last but we did all retrieves!! The GSP WT- part way up the scores; distracted by sitting duck and too much scent to get better marks.
